SECTION 1 – THE LIFETIME OFFER

For a one-time payment of $5,500 (the "Lifetime Fee"), plus required annual maintenance payments as set forth below, you receive:

  • Lifetime access to the ClickFunnels Optimize plan (also referred to as the Optimize tier features), modified to allow up to 50 client workspaces (sub-accounts) instead of the standard limit. All other Optimize plan features apply as described on our pricing page, including but not limited to: unlimited funnels/pages/visitors, 400,000 contacts, 1.2 million emails/month, 20 courses/communities, 20 team members, unlimited custom domains, AI Tools, VIP support, custom code editor, webhooks/full API access, and related features (subject to Section 3 below).Lifetime access to the Funnel Builder Certification.
  • One year subscription to CF Pro Tools.
  • Six month subscription to Rocketeer.

This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable (except as expressly stated herein).

SECTION 2 – PAYMENTS

  • You must pay the Lifetime Fee of $5,500 in full at purchase (in U.S. Dollars, via accepted payment methods).
  • If you fail to indicate a payment structure preference, then you will be charged $1,800 within seven (7) days, and / or will be automatically enrolled in the 3-pay option noted on the order page to which these terms are attached.
  • You must also pay an annual maintenance fee of $297 (the "Maintenance Fee") each year on the anniversary of your purchase date to maintain active access, receive updates, bug fixes, security patches, and continued platform availability/support.All payments are processed automatically.
  • Failure to pay any Maintenance Fee may result in suspension or termination of access until paid in full (no prorated refunds/credits for partial years).
  • Taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

SECTION 3 - Nature of "Lifetime" Access – Important Disclaimers

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as ClickFunnels continues to operate and provide the platform in its current or substantially similar form. This is not a perpetual or guaranteed-forever license.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features, plans (including the Optimize plan), add-ons (including CF Pro Tools and Rocketeer), certifications, or the entire service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including business, technical, or legal reasons). We may replace features with equivalent or improved alternatives, but we make no guarantee of feature continuity or specific functionality long-term.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, security, or results/business success. We disclaim any guarantee of long-term availability.
Certain features or functionality may not be available without additional payment. This includes any future features or apps. Any application installations may be charged on a per-workspace (sub account) basis.

SECTION 4 - Requirements of Lifetime Access Purchasers

As a purchaser of the Lifetime Offer described herein, you have certain responsibilities and obligations to ClickFunnels in order to maintain the integrity of the ClickFunnels platform and offerings. You cannot offer a ClickFunnels sub-account or other workspace for less than ClickFunnels charges its customers at any time. Additionally, you must make it clear to any purchasers of a sub-account that you control their entire account unless they create their own separately billed workspace.

ClickFunnels will not interfere with or entertain third party disputes. If we receive notice of a dispute over account access or ownership from your subusers, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account without further notice.

SECTION 5 - Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice for breach of these Lifetime Terms, non-payment of the Maintenance Fee, violation of the standard Terms of Service, unlawful activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you remain liable for any unpaid fees. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
You may cancel future Maintenance Fees (and thus terminate ongoing access) with notice, but no refunds will be issued for the Lifetime Fee or any prepaid Maintenance Fees.

SECTION 6 - Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClickFunnels, its affiliates, officers, directors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Lifetime Terms or the services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of (i) the total amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (ii) $5,000.
